Well that was an exciting race. Spoiler-ish things after gap.
RoGro is shaping up to be my favorite driver for next year (I don't like that Kimi is going to Ferrari and I still like lotus). At least Webber didn't have a failure of something this race...

Webber had a failure of team strategy....
They pitted him way too early.

Well, you might call it a failure of team strategy. It was good to see him on the podium. BTW I am also not thrilled that Kimi is going back to the scuderia.

Webber just got fucked over by team orders in the pit strategy so that a whiny Sunshine would win.
Yeah Romaine Lettuce should be great next year, providing Lotus doesn't screw up the new car. I'm not a fan of Ferrari's style of management, but that's where Kimi is going, so I'll be rooting for the red car.

More than just a team failure. Webber had to run 3 stops due to the fact that he goes through tyres faster. Plus he needed to pass Roman and just couldn't.

Damn, Lotus should really try to make "RoGro" a thing.

Hardly a failure. RB got a 1-2 out of it, and the constructor's title doesn't care what order your cars come in. By putting their two cars on different strategies, RB guaranteed that Grosjean could only cover one of them; whichever he didn't respond to would be most likely to win.
If Webber hadn't used up his tyres by the time his strategy said he should pit, that was his failure, not the team's. He'd have known how many laps to go before pitting and so-on.

Where I agree it was good strategy for RB it was a poor decision to bring Webber in for him. He could have easily won the race with the same strategy of Vettel. They wanted a 1-2 finish but were probably tired of listening to the whiny german on the radio.... "waahhhhh guys why am I not in first, this isn't fair.....waaaah make Mark get out of my way!!!!"

Aside from probably wanting to get Vettel the championship as early as possible so they can then give Webber a win or two, I don't think the conspiracy theories make much sense. There was no effective difference between the two strategies. The difference in how they worked out was down to which one Grosjean followed, which is obviously out of RB's hands. If anything, I (and so plausibly they) would have thought Grosjean would let Webber go and cover Vettel's strategy.

RoGro, hmmm sounds like Rogains competition.
RoGro-eventually helps you mature into a tamed racing driver.
Looks like the formula is working, cause he's finally getting better!

If nothing else this was a much more interesting race than the last couple.
